AQUAME App Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your AQUAME mobile application account and all personal data associated with that account.

Delete Your Account in the AQUAME App

1. Open the AQUAME app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open Account/Profile.
4. Select Account Cancellation / Delete Account.
5. Confirm that you want to delete your account.

This initiates permanent deletion of your AQUAME account and all associated personal data. Deleting the AQUAME application from your device does not automatically delete your account.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you cannot access the AQUAME app, email info@aquame.com with the subject “AQUAME Account Deletion.”

Include the following information:

• The email address associated with your AQUAME account.
• A clear request to delete your AQUAME account and all associated personal data.

To protect your account, we may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Following successful verification, AQUAME will permanently delete the account and all associated personal data from AQUAME application systems, including:

• Account and profile information.
• Login and account identifiers.
• Uploaded profile images.
• Hydration goals, consumption records, progress, and history.
• Health and fitness profile information used by AQUAME.
• Stored location information used for weather-based hydration goals.
• Linked smart bottle identifiers, settings, and associated bottle records.
• Reminder settings and push notification tokens.
• Technical and diagnostic information associated with the account.

Processing Time

Verified account deletion requests are completed within 7 business days. Once deletion has been completed, the account and associated application data cannot be recovered.
